Terms & Conditions
This page is a working draft prepared by the developer. It has not been reviewed by the client or by a legal adviser, and it must be completed and approved before launch.
These terms apply when you enrol in a Nurse Trainer course. They sit alongside ourPrivacy Policy.
Who provides the training
Courses are delivered by Nurse Trainer, led by Vinod Sasidharan, a Registered Nurse based in Australia. Contact info@nursetrainer.org or+61 448 041 657 with any question about these terms.
To be confirmed by the client: the registered legal entity name, business number and the state or country whose law governs these terms.
Enrolment
Enrolment is arranged directly with us, usually over WhatsApp. Your place is confirmed once payment is received and you are given access to the Trainer Central learning portal.
To be confirmed: accepted payment methods, whether instalments are offered, and how long portal access lasts after a course finishes.
Course fees and what they cover
Course fees are published on each course page and are set in the currency of that course's primary market. Fees are not converted between currencies.
Exam fees are not included. Fees charged by AHPRA, the NMBA, OET, Pearson, NCSBN or any other exam provider are paid separately by you, directly to them. For the OSCE clinical intensive, travel and accommodation are also not included.
No guarantee of a pass
We prepare you thoroughly, we assess your work against the real exam criteria, and we tell you honestly when we believe you are ready. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, and we are not responsible for exam results, registration decisions, or visa outcomes, which are determined by the relevant exam provider or regulator.
Independence from regulators and exam providers
Nurse Trainer is an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of AHPRA, the NMBA, NCSBN, OET, Pearson or any other regulator or exam provider. Exam formats, fees, venues and requirements are set by those bodies and can change; always confirm current requirements with them before booking.
Your responsibilities as a student
- Give accurate information when you enrol, and keep your contact details current.
- Attend live sessions where you can, and complete the practice work set for you.
- Keep your portal login to yourself; accounts are for one student only.
- Treat trainers and fellow students with respect in class and in group chats.
Course materials
Course materials, question banks and recordings are provided for your own study. They remain the property of Nurse Trainer and may not be copied, shared, resold or published.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
To be supplied by the client, and reviewed by a legal adviser. This section needs to cover: the refund and cancellation policy, notice periods, what happens if a student defers to a later cohort, what happens if we reschedule or cancel a session or an OSCE intensive, and any re-sit support arrangements. Australian Consumer Law sets out consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, so this wording should be checked rather than drafted from a template.
Liability
To be drafted with a legal adviser, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be published on this page with a new date below and will apply to enrolments made after that date.
Draft prepared 19 July 2026. Not yet effective.
