Privacy Policy
This page is a working draft prepared by the developer. It has not been reviewed by the client or by a legal adviser, and it must be completed and approved before launch.
This policy explains what personal information Nurse Trainer collects through www.nursetrainer.org, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Who we are
Nurse Trainer is a training provider led by Vinod Sasidharan, a Registered Nurse based in Australia. For any question about this policy or about your information, contactinfo@nursetrainer.org or +61 448 041 657.
What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It does not run accounts, does not store submissions in a database, and does not set cookies of its own. Specifically:
- Enquiry form. The form on our contact page does not send anything to us on its own. It assembles what you type into a WhatsApp message on your device, which you then choose to send. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not received your details.
- WhatsApp, phone and email links. When you contact us, we receive whatever you send us, including your phone number or email address, and we keep that correspondence in order to answer you and to administer your enrolment.
- Newsletter. The newsletter sign-up is not yet connected to an email platform. When it is, this policy will name the platform and explain how to unsubscribe.
- Fonts and images. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so viewing a page does not send a request to any third-party content network.
Third-party services
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
- WhatsApp. Messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp, a Meta service, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
- Learning portal. Enrolled students use Trainer Central, a Zoho product. Information held there, such as your account, attendance and results, is governed by the arrangements for that platform.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics or advertising trackers are installed at the time of writing. If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or a similar tool is added, this section must be updated before it goes live, and a cookie or consent notice may be required for visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
How long we keep information
To be confirmed by the client: retention periods for enquiries, enrolment records, student work and assessment results.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@nursetrainer.org. Students in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have further rights under local law.
To be confirmed with a legal adviser: the applicable privacy legislation, complaint and escalation process, and whether an overseas disclosure statement is required, given students are enrolled across several countries.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date below.
